Very Good. The flavors blended so well and the pears complimented the pork in a wonderful way. It added a sweet savory taste to the pork chops. I did alter the recipe as follows: I added sauted onions to pear glaze. I only cooked my porkchops in the pan to lightly brown them and then finished them off in the oven on 350 degrees for 20 minutes. I also added allspice and cinnamon to my flour batter. These were wonderful and I will definitely be making these again.
