I wasn't too happy with how the icing came out. I may have made it wrong, but it was thin. The cake bar itself tasted really good and very moist.

Absolutely delicious! I used light Miracle Whip and low-fat cream cheese and it turned out wonderful. The recipe makes about twice as much icing as I needed to frost the cake layer, so next time I'll cut that in half. I sprinkled chopped nuts on top after I spread the icing on.
