Ingredients

  • 2 pounds fish fillets
  • butter flavored cooking spray
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil or corn oil
  • 1/4 cup oyster sauce
  • lemon pepper
  • garlic powder

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place fillets in skillet. Spray fillets with butter spray, and sprinkle with lemon pepper and garlic powder. Cook 4 to 5 minutes. Then pour in oyster sauce, and gently turn fillets. Cook until fish begins to flake, about 5 minutes.
