We used fresh grated mozzarella and it was wonderful. Even my six year old gobbled it up!

THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE ROASTED ASPARAGUS AND IT WAS DELICIOUS !! I USE GARLIC POWDER AND A LITTLE SEASONED SALT. AM NOT FOND OF OLIVE OIL SO I USED PAM SPRAY.

Easy and perfect, even without the cheese! Asparagus can also be grilled with this recipe.

I never liked asparagus and I love it now!! I did think that it was a bit salty so I am going to cut back on the parmesan when I make it for Thanksgiving.

This is fabulous!!! We add a bit more cheese to it, as we are a cheesy kind of family. Also works great with fresh green beans!

I've made this several times now. Like some of the other reviewers, I reduced the salt (by about half) and the cooking time definitely varies based on the size of the stalk used. My family found it delicious both with and without the addition of lemon juice. All in all, this recipe is incredibly forgiving, and has earned nothing but compliments from guests.

Delish! I haven't had asparagus much and am new to cooking it. Simple and fast. I didn't use lemon and did add the parmesan cheese. Best asparagus I have had. Hubby and two year old loved it as well.

Very good recipe. Definatley cut back on sea salt by at least half. I baked for 10 minutes, too long. Stop at 8 minutes.
