These are delicious! Really easy and come out well. Only thing is I can't imagine needing that much onion, although I'm not normally looking for ways to add onion.

These were SO tasty! My kids even gobbled them up! I wished I had made more than I did. I changed it a little by using Italian seasoning instead of just the oregano. Mixed it in a bag as someone else suggested- so easy! I will definitely be making these again!

The family absolutely loved the potatoes! I cut the wedges pretty thin and cooked them at 350 degrees along with my meat loaf. After approximately 30 minutes I turned up the oven to 425 degrees and continued cooking them about 10 more minutes. Some of the wedges became crispy and burned looking. Those pieces were actually my favorite! The recipe was easy to prepare. I added fresh ground pepper before baking. I definitely recommend!

I made these last night for dinner and my husband and I just loved them! We both agreed that these were the best oven fries we have ever had. And I liked that I didn't have to flip them over. One thing I did change was the cooking time. I did what the recipe said, but they weren't cooked enough. I added about 15 minutes more and they turned out nice and crispy and just delicious. The onion and the spices added a great flavor to them. Next time, I am going to also coat the pan with oil because they were sticking - but they got really crispy, so maybe not. We will definitely be making these again and again.

I used gold potatos instead of red. Dipping in mayo made them really good otherwise just ok.

I've made this twice now—once with regular baking potatoes, once with red potatoes—and it's turned out well both times. (No, it looks nothing like the photo.) I'd suggest some tweaks, though: use half as much onion, twice as much oregano, and a minced garlic clove instead of the garlic powder. You can mix the ingredients in the baking pan, too; there's no reason to dirty a bowl. This is a versatile, no-brainer side dish; it pairs equally well with either an omelet and fresh fruit, or with green vegetables and a portobello steak. It's reasonably healthy, it's easy to put together, and who doesn't like potatoes?

I wasn't all that impressed by this recipe. It definitely did not look like the picture and maybe that's why I wasn't impressed. It was kind of bland.

These potato wedges are so good. I did make a few changes. I didn't have garlic powder, but I did have garlic salt. I used the garlic salt in place of the garlic powder and salt. I also didn't have any dried oregano, so instead I used italian seasoning. I also added all the ingredients to a plastic bag as suggested by another reviewer. I let everything sit in the bag and marinate. I will make these again. My husband loved them!!

I'm giving this a 3 star cause I didn't completely follow the recipe. I didn't have onions or oregano. But I did use what I had and followed the measurements of the oil, the salt, the garlic and added pepper. My second batch, I used extra garlic and salt and pepper cause I wanted it to pop more. All in all, it was really good.

I thought that these potato wedges were easy and delicious. Mine, however, looked absolutely nothing like the picture. Also, I think that they could have cooked for a little longer: I bit into a couple of wedges that were not done yet.
