This was a nice, easy dish, and kid-friendly despite my kids not liking onions. (I let them eat around the onions.) I think it could use a little more punch, so next time I'll try adding some red wine and maybe fresh herbs.

This was a very good recipe. I didn't have any carrots on hand for this so I just added one can drained whole kernel corn and one can drained cut green beans and it turned out great. Everyone Loved it.
