Couldn't be simpler or more tasty. Cut potatoes are coated with oil, sugar, salt and red pepper flakes, and then baked. They emerge crusty and nippy on the outside and all potato on the inside.

Southwestern flavors blend with spicy mustard for a zippy alternative to deep-fried fries. Feel free to increase the cayenne, red pepper, and chili powder if you like them spicier. You won't want to let the ketchup bottle near the table!

A quick way to make crispy home fries. Great for breakfast or as a side dish. Potatoes may be shredded and cooked in the same manner for crispy hash browns.
