I made these exactly as recipe said and they were great!!! Next time I think I will add another 1/2 tablespoon of parmesan because the flavor of the parmesan wasnt as robust as I would've preferred it. A++!!!

Great, easy to make potatoes! We used 6 potatoes but kept the amount of the seasonings and cheese as listed in the recipe, except for salt (which we cut down to under 1 tsp) and oil (olive instead of vegetable, using ~2 tbsp.) We also added a pinch of cayenne and they came out very flavourful. Cooking them under the broiler for the last couple minutes really helped crisp them up too. Will definitely be making this again!

These were delicious!! I cut down on the oil to about 1/4 cup and used olive oil instead. I added all the ingredients including the oil in a freezer bag and added the potatoes. After seasoned I put onto a foil lined pan sprayed with cooking spray. I then baked as stated. My husband wasn't crazy about them but I think it was because of the parmesan cheese. If I make again I will cut down on it. These were great the next day fried in a pan with a little butter and served with eggs. Tasted like Bob Evans breakfast potatoes. Yummm!!!!

These are delicious... but they are a bit greasy. I tried it with a little less oil and they were too crunchy on the edges......so I have yet to master these. The kids love them with ketchup.

Would have given it 5 stars if I didn't have to alter too much. I also used 4 medium potatoes since it was just for me and my man. Here's what I did: -didn't peel potatoes and quartered them(but that depends on your taste). -increased to 3 tsp salt (since potatoes need more salt and I love flavor. -reduced oil to 3 tbsp. -added a few shakes of thyme, rosemary, and parsley flakes. -mixed it all in a plasitc bag before pouring in a foil-lined dish. Also, make sure you give it a nice toss every 15-20 mins while it cooks or else it will stick.

Awesome, everyone loved these potatoes. I did half the recipe (potatoes only) and kept the seasoning amounts the same. Also, added a sprinkle of seasoned salt and a dash of parsley. This will go in the weekly dinner menu for sure! Thanks for sharing.

This is a great recipe for using up leftover baked potatoes from the night before. If the potatoes are already baked, it took about 30 minutes in the oven, sliced au gratin style.
