Very tasty alternative to fries or baked potatoes. My 5 year old who hates potatoes, but eats these in a flash. Play around with the spices in place of seasoning salt (garlic powder, cayenne, etc.)

Crispy, rich red potatoes roasted with onion and bacon. These are really yummy, and great with steak...don't skimp on the butter.

A delicious blend of potatoes, garlic, lemon, and herbs marinated overnight in olive oil and white wine. This is a nice way to dress up the potatoes and is always a hit at my dinner parties.

Simple, yet delicious! These potatoes, when young, are so good by themselves they don't need anything else. This would be great as a breakfast side dish.

'Don't forget fried potatoes-they're a wonderful way to use up leftovers,' reminds Judy Scholovich from our test kitchen. 'Ready in just seconds, they taste great with breakfast or as a side dish for supper.'

Couldn't be simpler or more tasty. Cut potatoes are coated with oil, sugar, salt and red pepper flakes, and then baked. They emerge crusty and nippy on the outside and all potato on the inside.

These are your basic fried potatoes - with a few extras! Total time depends on your own speed to peel and slice potatoes and such, and how crispy you like them. My mom always calls them 'Garbage Potatoes' because you just throw in a bunch of junk. If you don't like peppers, don't use them - throw in something else that you like.

The parsley is what makes these potatoes green. This is my mother-in-law's recipe. It is a very fast and easy way to make better-than-mashed potatoes!
