This is my first time EVER making pork chops! I followed the instructions but I was sure to flour them before, dip in the egg mixture, then cover them in the Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs as suggested by the most helpful comment. After they were done, I covered them in Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic soup! They turned out absolutely amazing and I will be making them a lot more often!
I usually never write reviews but I HAD to for this recipe! 5/5 and this recipe is going directly into my recipe file.
