I changed the recipe a little also by dipping in flour first and then using bread crumbs. I had thick chops so I baked them for 15 minutes each side. I did find that the crust got a little soggy on the bottom, but no one cared in my house. They were very moist and good. I will use this recipe again, maybe adding a little garlic powder to liven it up even more!!

This was great and easy! I'm not normally a fan of pork-chops, but these won me over. To go with I made rutabaga mashed potatoes. Thank you for this new family fav!!

This was awesome, so easy and tasty, I did have to cook the chops slightly longer than called for, and by chops were pretty thin and boneless, (could be my cruddy oven) I can't belive how fast this was, my boyfriend loved it, I will be making regularly, thanks!!

Very Tasty! We will eat these often. To get the stuffing mix to stick well we crushed it up before coasting the chops. Thanks for the great recipie!!!

It was okay. The meat was very moist, but the stuffing mixture didn't stick very well.

These were good, but I too had trouble with the stuffing mix sticking to the chops. I will try the suggestions of the other users (using fine bread crumbs or putting the stuffing mix in the food processor). Otherwise, it was tasty and easy!

Great recipe! I got a box of the stuffing mix and ended up using about the whole thing since I had 6 pork chops instead of 4. The chops were tender and SO juicy, the outside was crunchy and flavorful. It was a big hit with my husband and I will definitely make it again. This was also good for my lactose-intolerant in-laws!

I omitted the milk, dipped it in flour prior to the egg, and used a breadcrumb, oregano, basil, garlic mix instead of the stuffing. I seared it in a cast iron skillet then placed it in the oven for about 10 minutes. (adj time for thickness; I had thin tenderloins.)

Great! I used italian bread crumbs only b/c I thought I had stuffing then realized I did not. The only thing I added was garlic powder to the egg & bread crumb mixture. It was wonderful and I will make it again for sure.

AWESOME recipe! I made this for the first time tonight and loved how easy it was to make and how delicious it was! I just added a little garlic powder to each side to give it a little more flavor. Next time I might add a drizzle of lemon to each chop, but it's YUMMY as is!

Pretty easy, but I ddn't care for them....could be the stuffing mix I used. I used boneless chops (had to add about 10 minutes cooking time), and used Stove Top for pork. Seemed really bland to me. Might be better with thinner chops.

Absolutely delicious and moist! I was surprised at how easy this recipe was. I took the advice of others and used bread crumbs instead of the stuffing mix. They were the garlic and herb kind and made a nice coating. I also increased the cooking time by 10 minutes or so, but this could just be the difference in my oven. I've been cooking for a while now, but I am by no means an expert so I always look for quick and easy meals to make during the week. I've finally found another pork chop recipe worth keeping. Thanks for sharing.
