These chops are so wonderful. Stuffing mix tends to fail to hold at times so I used a mixture of seasoned bread crumbs 2/3 cup mixed with 1/3 cup of crushed Rice Crispies. It gave the coating a much crispy texture and holds together alot better. Make sure you oil the pan when you flip it over so they dont stick. Will make these chops again. Thank you!!!!

After 10 minutes of cooking on each side the pork chops were still bright pink in the center. Also the batter did not stick. Won't make this one again.

Fast and easy recipe. I used cooking spray instead of the melted butter to cut back on the fat. Aside from that, haven't changed a thing. This is a keeper! Thanks!

This is a great pork chop recipe. I always get discouraged when I have to do breading in a recipe, even though the end result is always very good, its just messy and time consuming to me...however,this was not,and the end result was wonderful. Thanks to the other reviewers I had a heads up on the whole stuffing falling off the pork chops issue,so I just put the stuffing in a plastic bag,and crushed the bigger pieces down until they were like bread crumbs. You still get the great flavor of the stuffing, but its finer like bread crumbs. Make sure the butter is spread evenly in the pan before putting the chops in,so sticking doesn't occur. And DO NOT overbake. I used thin boneless chops and 20 minutes total definetly is a good number to go by for bake time. Even my extremely picky son went back for 2nds! Thanks for a great recipe!!!

I was disappointed. When i think of "fried" any thing i think of something crucncy or crispy. Mine came out rather soggy. They tasted fine but they tasted like shakenbake and the stuff from the box has less clean up....

I just made this for dinner and it turned out fantastic! It tastes just like they were pan-fried in oil. I followed the recipe as is except I used seasoned bread crumbs instead of stuffing mix, but I always have bread crumbs in the house so that's why. I would definitely make this again!

This was an awesome recipe. I only had chicken stuffing mix. I put it in my processor to make it finer, where it would cover better. I had 6 chops. I used 3 tablespoons of melted butter, but also sprayed the pan with cooking spray, cooked it at 425 for 12 minutes each side. Before flipping, I sprayed the top of the chops with the cooking spray as well. I didn't have any sticking whatsoever, and all the crumbs stayed on and completly covered the chops. I didn't have any problems with the crumbs as some of the other reviewers. If you are going to make more than the suggested 4 chops, I would go ahead and process 2 boxes of stuffing mix,and use as you go, so they all get covered evenly, and you don't run out. You can store what you don't use in a container in your fridge. They were so juicy and tasty. One more thing..my mom hated to throw anything out, so she would take the breadcrumbs and the egg mixture after breading chicken, and mix it together, roll them into little balls and fry them in a little bit of oil on the stove. We called them poor man's meatballs. I have to do that everytime I bread something, my kids call them breadballs, and they love them.

I made the recipe exactly as is and although it had a good flavor I think it is supposed to say breadcrumbs, not stuffing mix, or maybe you are supposed to crush them. Just like others the stuffing would not stick and also got a little burned. I will give it one more try but with breadcrumbs instead.

The best pork chops I have ever had!! They turned out nice and crisp on the outside and juicy in the middle and they weren't greasy!! No leftovers thats for sure. I only had plain bread crumbs so I threw in some rosemary, thyme, and garlic salt. This simple recipe deserves way more than 5 stars.

I changed the recipe a little also by dipping in flour first and then using bread crumbs. I had thick chops so I baked them for 15 minutes each side. I did find that the crust got a little soggy on the bottom, but no one cared in my house. They were very moist and good. I will use this recipe again, maybe adding a little garlic powder to liven it up even more!!

This was awesome, so easy and tasty, I did have to cook the chops slightly longer than called for, and by chops were pretty thin and boneless, (could be my cruddy oven) I can't belive how fast this was, my boyfriend loved it, I will be making regularly, thanks!!
