We are not pork fans here but this is one of the few ways we will eat them!

Best pork chops I've ever tasted! I dredged them in flour before the egg wash. So moist and tender!

This is a great recipe for a busy mom. My 2 year old ate every bite! I pounded out my chops a little bit and sprinkled them with pepper and kosher salt. I dredged them in flour, then the egg mixture, and then the stuffing. I cut the butter in half and baked for 10 min. Then I put the other half of the melted butter over the top of the chops before I turned them over for the next 10 min of cook time. I also used wax paper as my work surface (one for the flour and one for the stuffing). When I was done I just tossed away! Little to no clean up! While the chops baked, I cut up some potatoes with the skin on and boiled them. Then I microwaved a box of corn in butter sauce. I had dinner on the table in 45 min. Plus it was a lighter way of cooking and it tasted like it had been deep fried! A keeper for sure. Thanks! And I might add - not sure what happened to the reviewer before me but I used Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing and it was not the cubed kind. It was a little chunky but I worked the little crumbs into the pork till it was fully covered. Some of the "chunks" of bread gave it the crispy texture without the deepfried mess and calories.

When I picked up the stuffing mix, there were off-brand mixes in bags, and they had a small-crumb and a large-crumb variety - i just used the small crumb, and it was fine. However, my kids did NOT like the flavor at all. They prefer my usual grilled pork chops.

This was the first time I have ever made pork chops. It's usually scary when I cook, so when my boyfriend took a bite and said "Wow", I knew I had done well. We both loved it. Quick, easy, and lots of flavor! Wouldn't change a thing!

This was not bad. I should have used a nonstick spray to keep the breading from sticking to the pan.

Very good. I used thicker chops, so I increased the cooking time by 10 minutes. Great flavor.

My porkchops did not crisp up and they did not taste nearly as good as breading and pan frying- wont try again.

Great recipe! Made pork juicier but still came out a little dry. I use Kellogg's pre-made bread crumbs and made it even easier. Will definitely make again soon!!

Easy and straight forward recipe. Husband and kids liked them. I used cooking spray instead of the butter, and sprayed the pan again when turning the chops -- they didn't stick and remained crunchy. Will definitely make again.

These pork chops were delicious! Very juicy. I made a few changes, mainly because I didn't read the directions right: first, I did not bake the chops in melted butter. I melted the butter in a pan and sauteed the chops. Second, I did not have any bread crumbs, so I made some with crushed saltine crackers, chicken bouillon, granulated garlic and onion powder, to my taste. Turned out better than I ever would have expected.

Three & A Half Stars... I'm gonna have to agree with the one reviewer who said this was similar to Shake N Bake. I did use plain bread crumbs, due to lack of stuffing mix, seasoned with gobs of spices. Dipped 'em in flour before the egg wash, and then used a bit less butter than recommended. They did turn out nice 'n' moist, but I just didn't think they were all that great. Husband liked them though, and commented about how I didn't "Dry them out, as usual."

I loved these & was so happy to find a new way to make a pork chop! Now I did read the recipe wrong & didn't have the stuffing mix, I thought it wanted seasoned bread crumbs! They were really good & I can't wait to try the stuffing mix next time! Thanks for this really good & really easy way to fix pork chops! EDIT - I have since made with stuffing a few times & we LOVE it! Love the extra crunchies that fall off too...Thanks for posting! This is a keeper for sure & our new favorite way to eat pork chops!

Very good & easy to make. The chops turned out very tender & juicy. I definately would use this recipe again, The only thing I would do differently is season with garlic powder.
