Came out moist and delicious. My hubby, who is very picky about porkchops and generally does not like them, ate 2 helpings.

I made these and they were disapointing. They were soggy. I will try them again, though.

Definitely up my alley: easy, quick, and moy yummy! I did substitute PAM for the butter and herb bread crumbs for the crouton.

So simple, was surprised how flavorful & juicy they turned out! Used italian-style breadcrumbs instead of the stuffing mix (was all I had) and I make them this way all the time now.

I tried this recipe last night and it did not turn out well. The only change was that I seasoned my chops more, other than that followed the recipe to the T. The breading was soggy. Yuck. I couldn't bring myself to eat them.

I just finished baking these and eating them. These turned out really well. Moist and the outside stayed nice and crispy. My family and I really enjoyed these.

Considering how easy this dish is to prepare, I'm rating 5 stars. Perfect weeknight meal. I used plain bread crumbs with added seasonings. I had thick chops, so I halved them lenghwise to make thin chops which were perfectly done in 20 minutes. Also broiled for 2 minutes at the end to give a little extra crisp. My kids preferred these to fried!!

These were great. I used bread crumbs instead of stuffing. Put a little smart balance on top. Will make these again.

One of the better fried pork chop recipe. I dip the chops in bread crumb mixture first before dipping it in egg then dip it back to bread crumb mixture again. Also, I spritz olive oil instead of Pam or butter. Perfect crispiness and still juicy inside. My husband loves it

These were really good, I used stove top stuffing for pork, and crushed it up a little in the food processor. The pork chops were very tender and juicy, and it was quick and easy....4.5 stars!

I enjoyed this recipe a lot. It was simple, quick and tasted great. I thought the recipe called for too much bread crumbs as I had to throw a lot out.

This was DELISH! I used 2 eggs instead of 1 but kept the other ingredients the same for 4 chops but I actually used 8 thin chops. I also added thyme to the egg mixture as well. At the suggestion of other reviewers, I seasoned the chops prior to their egg dip with my usual spices (creole seasoning, onion powder, garlic salt, pepper, etc.) When it came to the crumb mixture, I used a combination of Italian seasoned bread crumbs and Stove Top stuffing. I found the stuffing had thicker, crunchier pieces but didn't cover the whole chop the way I wanted. The bread crumbs fixed this problem completely. I sprayed the glass baking dish and the top of the chops with Pam. I cooked the first side for about 15 minutes and the second side (sprayed again with Pam)for about 10 minutes. These chops were tender and looked fried! The Pam is what really gave them the golden appearance I wanted. Thanks for a wonderful recipe! KEEPER!

This recipe was very good. The pork chops were juicy and moist, better than frying them on the stovetop! It actually took less time for me to cook the pork chops because I could lay out 6 chops in the bakeware instead of having to fry 3 & 3.

Great recipe. Didn't want to open a whole bag of stuffing mix, so I crushed croutons and used them to bread the chops. Wonderful. Moist. A keeper.
