Ive been looking for a recipe for fried chicken that didn't require frying and this is a wonderful recipe. I made it the other night and absolutely loved it.
not much taste even with the added garlic. That been said my son and wife liked it
I cut the chicken breast into pieces and after the 20 minutes in the oven I added garlic powder and Mrs. Dash. I put it back in the oven for 9 more minutes. Delicious!
I prepared this dish lastnight for supper and my husband and I loved it! It was delicious and moist and usually with white chicken meat it attends to get dry, but not with this recipe. I will make this again and again.
Good good. And healthy too.
I've been making it this way for a long time. Try adding a garlic sea salt to mixture if you think there's not enough flavour. I do like a sauce also with a side of herbed rice.
