This was good, if a bit greasy but fried chicken is usually somewhat greasy. Definitely will use this recipe again.

This is a great recipe to get crisp chicken without frying and without the mess. I used drumsticks because my kids like them best. I followed a few others' suggestions and just used PAM instead of oil. I used a ziploc bag to dredge in flour, then did the egg, and used the same bag to dredge in the breadcrumbs. I also chilled for a short time in the fridge, and the coating stayed on great. My son named this recipe, "Worlds Best Chicken', and asked for it again the very next night, so this is a definite keeper! Thanks!

This was an excellent recipe! Like others, I made this because I didn't want to deal with the mess that involves frying on the stove. The chicken came out perfect! It was crisp on the outside but moist inside. To the flour mixture, I added poultry seasoning for a great taste. I will be making this again and again!

It was very moist, but I thought it could stand a little more spice. It did get crispy though. I did use the butter instead of oil; however, next time I will only use 1/2 as much as it was greasy.

FANTASTIC recipe! I used bone-in chicken thighs that I bought on sale. I normally do not like dark meat, but this recipe was just fantastic. I used nonstick spray instead of butter; otherwise made as directed. I will make this again and again - thank you so much!

This came out perfectly. My dinner guests could not believe I baked it in the oven. I used legs and thighs, and only used enough oil to thinly cover the bottom of the 9x13 casserole dish. I didn't have a second dish, so I was able to fit six legs and five thighs with the sides touching but not crammed together. This did not seem to negatively effect the breading or the way it cooked. It wasn't crunchy crispy, but it was a nice texture inside and out. I will be cooking this again. P.s. I used only the ingredients in the recipe (no extra spices) and it had a great flavor. I will not be making any changes next.

This is a wonderful recipe, in order to make this a little less greasy, preheat the oil in the pan so the chicken sizzles and then place in oven. The butter idea is good also as I like the flavor a lot.

This recipe was fairly easy to make. I didn't have any bread crumbs so instead used crushed italian flavor croutons. The coating came out just as good! Definitely need to space the chicken out a little more. Also used this same recipe for boneless chicken breasts and was delicious!

chicken was really delicious & moist. I added some hot sauce to the egg mixture & added a lil more seasoning to the crumbs. I used chicken wings & baked for 40min (2o min ea. side).

supper yummy!!!!!!!!! Everyone loved it. This was my first time making chicken thighs so i was really worried but it came out great. I used a little bit of milk in the egg, maybe just 2 TBLS. It was crispy and looked great too :) I think next time I will use a little less oil but other than that it was perfect.

Pretty good recipe. It was really good the first night but leftovers did not heat up well. Also, I only used 2 legs & thighs and may have overcooked the chicken.

This was a great alternative to traditional fried chicken. I used legs and thighs and substituted panko breadcrumbs instead of regular bread crumbs. I also used butter in place of the oil. I will certainly make this again

I have made this recipe twice, and it's a keeper. It's a bit messy to make but so easy. My husband and two sons, ages 12 and 8, love it. I used chicken legs when I made it. The legs turned out juicy and flavorful. Thank you for submitting this recipe!
