13-year-old daughter made this using chicken breasts (boneless, skinless). It was pretty bland. Wouldn't make again.

Removed skin from chicken thighs before cooking and it did great. Super juicy. Also did as recommended by others and skipped the 1/2c oil and just used Pam and a bit of olive oil. We loved it, I'll make it again.

This was awesome! The crust was nice and crisp and the chicken came out so moist and flavourful (I marinated the thighs for a while before making them.) I didn't use the paprika at all because I didn't have any so I drizzled a bit of pepper sauce over the thighs, it added such a nice kick! I will defitnitely be making this again. Thanks for the wonderful recipe!

It was tasty enough, but my husband really thought it was Shake & Bake! It was very healthy and flavorful, but it was no fried chicken! This might be a great treat meal for kids to let them think they are eating something "bad"!

so yummy!! the only changes i made were that i added a packet of ranch dressing mix to the bread crumbs (like another user), and i also added the paprika in with the bread crumbs instead of sprinkling it on top. i cooked them on a pizza stone and didn't use any oil so they were perfectly crispy, and still juicy on the inside. will definately make these again!

I don't know what I did wrong with this recipe but it turned out horribly. I did just what the directions said and the outside turned out to be greasy on some parts and completely dried bread crumbs on other spots. I might try it again but I was not impressed by my first turnout.

Easy and good! I cut out the veggie oil sprayed pan with cooking spray, and drizzled bottom with olive oil to cut down on calories and fat. Used chicken breast tenders instead of dark meat. Also didn't have italian seasoned crumbes so I took the breadcrumbs I had on hand and mixed with Italian seasoning to taste.

This was really good and fairly simple to make. The chicken was really moist and tender but a little on the greasy side. I went ahead and used the full 1/2 cup of oil called for in the recipe because I took the skin off the chicken but I think you could probably make do with a little less oil. I cooked it about 35 minutes on each side which was just right. Probably would have had to cook a little longer if I hadn't used 2 dishes as recommended by another reviewer. I used onion salt and garlic salt in the flour and skipped the paprika because I am not a paprika fan. I will probably make this again. My family gave it a thumbs up!

I added a pkg of Ranch Dressing Mix to the 1 cup of flour. I also used PAM in one batch and for another batch I just coated the pan with olive oil. Both tasted great.
