Was looking for crispy potatoes which weren't fried for my side and this was perfect!! Only thing I added was a bit of salt. Will definitely be doing this again.

Great recipe! So easy and smells great. As others before me advised, I sprayed pan with Pam and added some seasonings....garlic, ground pepper, emerils essence and coarse salt. Yum.

Recipe was definitely a five star rating! The smell while cooking was amazing. We ate every last bite and we doubled the recipe! We cooked exactly as recipe called and they were delicious. This will definitely be done again and again in our home. Very easy and very tasty. Don't change a thing unless you want to double it for more than for two.

Very good. I took the suggestions from other reviewers and added garlic salt and cheddar cheese. I did eat some the potatoes without the cheese and I think the cheese was just extra goodness, and wasn't really needed. Definitely a keeper!

These ended up being very crunchy, and I didn't think they were very special in the flavor department either. But they were not a total disaster either.

These potatoes are very good, I added extra onion and some garlic salt after I read other reviews. Honestly I don't think the extra onion and garlic were necessary. Next time I make it exactly the way the recipe is written, except for adding a little salt.

Simplicity at it's finest! I loved everything about this recipe: slicing potatoes, chopping onion, baking...eating... This recipe is a super easy side dish that came at the perfect time: my boyfriend bought waaaay more potatoes at a Farmers Market than any two people should ever eat. :) This recipe takes typical roasted potatoes to another level! A little sprinkle of salt, and this recipe was perfect for me!

I am always looking for new ways to make potatoes...this was so good! I added some garlic/pepper seasoning, and I topped it with fresh chives!
