YUM!!! Will definitely be making over & over again! I made these to take to a Mother's Day gathering...everyone was asking for the recipe. I used crunchy peanut butter rather than creamy. I would also double the recipe next time b/c as written it didn't make very many.

These are great as is, but I made them again and changed it up a little and I honestly think it is the best cookie I have ever had... seriously: I followed the recipe, but I added a tsp of cinnamon and I left out the chocolate chips. Instead I added toffee chips and then I wrapped each tablespoon of dough around a rolo and baked for 12 minutes. Soooo good.

Mine came out a little flatter than in the photo, but they were still chewy and incredibly delicious!

These are the best drop cookies I have ever made, and I have made a lot of cookies! I followed the recipe exactly and they are perfect. Even the amount of peanut butter is good. Be sure to use rolled oats and not the quick oats. They give the cookies a chewy quality. Of course they are healthy too with the oats and monounsaturated fats in the peanut butter and chocolate chips:))!!

Yum! The only changes I made were to reverse the amounts for the white and brown sugar and double the salt.

I love these cookies. I actually have had friends get into an argument over who ate the last one! I sometimes add 1/2 cup of heath bar bits and peanut butter chips in with the choclate chips, when I add all the extras I cut the surgar back a bit as it can be a bit sweet. thank you very much for this recipe!

I changed not one thing about this recipe - I used the exact ingredients and incorporated them exactly as the directions stated. It created a loose dough that I scooped by the tablespoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet and then slightly flattened with my fingers. After 10 mins in the oven, I pulled them out and let them cool on the cookie sheet as they appeared crumbly. I was worried, so after the cooled i transfered them to a cookie sheet to finish cooking completely. They were delicious!!!! I threw a couple in the refrigerator for a few hours and, believe it or not, they were even more DELICIOUS! This recipe is a keeper.

A great healthier version of chocolate chip cookies...I even substitute whole wheat flour, and the kids love them!

Not one of my favorites. I'm sure there's nothing wrong with the recipe, it's simply not my favorite combination of flavors.

Best cookies I've had! Second time making them I messed up and added 1/2 cup of brown sugar by mistake and used almondbutter. They were soo good. Almond butter is a tad pricey so might not use it again but adding more brown sugar is recommended by my taste (also makes it easily to remember)

This is by far my favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe. Make sure you cream the butter and sugars really well. And they only need to be baked for 10 minutes. Cookies continue to bake on the cookie sheet after you take them out of the oven. Leave them on the cookie sheet for the 5 minutes that the recipe calls for. FYI: I usually use butter when I bake but I tried "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter for baking" and they turned out very nicely. Less saturated fat this way. Thanks for the awesome recipe!

Sooooooooooo good! (Ran out of vanilla so used a splash of Kahlua Especial on a whim.) The taste and consistency is amazing! Can't wait to make again!

This makes an awesome peanut butter/chocolate chip cookie! I added a little French Vanilla Instant Pudding mix and some walnuts since we love nuts. I switched the amounts of brown and white sugar as recommended by another user. I will definitely be making these again!

These cookies are really good. They did not have a strong peanut butter taste IMO. Just a hint. And the oatmeal was good, but I could have gone without it. All it did, for me, was mess up the texture of a potentially soft, moist and chewy cookie. My husband loved them!

These cookies remind me of Peanut Butter Surprise cookies from Blue Chip Cookie Company or Great American Company. I used a cookie scooper from Pampered Chef for baking based on previous reviews. The cookies turned out fantastic! I ran out of semi-sweet chocolate chips, so I added white chips to compensate the difference. We love peanut butter and thought it didn't have enough of a peanut butter flavor, but they were devoured none-the-less. They were extremely easy and very good!
