I made a small batch of this to serve with Spring Delight Salad, also from this site. It was very good! I had to improvise a bit, based on what I had on hand. I didn’t have a shallot so I used finely minced green onions and I used Pomegranate Balsamic vinegar. I did think it was just a bit too tart, so I added a little more honey to balance the flavors.
