I threw this recipe in my solar oven and thought it came out pretty good! It is always great to find a a simple recipe to convert to the solar oven.

Very good. I added sliced and browned Hillshire Farm Turkey smoked sausage. It would have been good without it, but we love adding other meats to our shrimp dishes. Also added some minced garlic. Thanks for the recipe. The Orzo was a nice change to traditional pasta or rice.

Loved it! Really easy to prepare and tasted great. I'm always looking for high protein, low fat recipes and this one really fit the bill.

Loved it, takes no time at all! I added diced orange and red bell peppers and peppercinis. Yummy!

I made this recipe because I had leftover orzo from another dish and wanted to use it up. I didn't think that my husband would like it because of the large amount of broccoli in it, but he loved it! I still think that next time I will add some other veggies and decrease the broccoli.

This was pretty good. Just on its own, its a bit bland so I browned some chorizo sausage and added it to the stew at the end. I also substituted olive oil for the butter and added about a tablespoon of chopped garlic. I may add crushed Italian Herb tomatoes next time. I'll make it again but with my own twist.

So easy to prepare and so delicious. It even made good leftovers! This recipe is definitely a keeper. I added some minced garlic to my stew and used fresh tomatoes instead of canned. So good!!

I was impressed with the simplicity of this dish and the speed of prep. My 7 and 11 year old kids went for seconds, and my wife gave it a big thumbs up. I think I'll use a little more orzo next time to absorb more of the broth.

Yummy, I really liked this! I used regular broth so I reduced the salt a little bit. I especially like this recipe because it's low in calories and gets in lots of veggies.

Oh, my God. This recipe is the bomb! I wouldn't call it "stew" but I would call it scrumptious. It is really easy. I'm not in to living in the kitchen. It's very pretty, also
