Everyone LOVED this, many asked for the recipe or how it was made. My only regret is that I didn't double the recipe!
I took some of the advice of other reviewers, used melted chocolate chips in place of the syrup and totally omitted the almond extract. I did not adjust the amount of whiskey and noone seemed to think it was too strong. :)
I will be replacing my regular Irish Cream recipe, which calls for eggs, with this one!
