I made this recipe with true Irish Whiskey, because many years ago, I made a recipe similar to this using regular Canadian Whiskey and my husband never felt it match Baily's...now he gave this recipe a 10. The reviews some said 10% cream(half and half) was to light, yet full 35% whip cream was to thick. I did 3/4 cup of 10% (half and half) and 1/4 cup of heavy cream, plus 25 dark chocolate chipetts, melted. And for my taste 7 oz of Irish Whiskey. We have already made 2 batches for over the holidays.
