Only put in 1 cup whiskey - otherwise very good!

I too made with fat free half and half and fat free sweetened condensed milk, plus only 1 cup whiskey. My husband, who before I made it said that he would buy the name brand anyway, ended up asking me to make multiple batches and he never bought the "real" thing. Made for a merry Christmas indeed.

I thought this was too sweet to drink - not at all like the real Bailey's. I will continue to try other recipes.

Great recipe. I wanted to make it again and double it but I only had enough whiskey for one batch. Still came out good, nobody noticed accept for me (I didn't tell anyone) it was just a little thicker.

To help with fat content a little I use half n half instead of heavy cream. It still tastes thick and rich. Excellent recipe!

Definitely cut whiskey in half. On my second batch, didn't even need Vanilla extract, too much going on. Loved it, much better than bottled baileys etc. Thank you so much for sharing! Cheers!

Didn't change a thing for the first go at this recipe. It is very good! But I had better write this review while I still can because... Yes, as some of the other reviews state, this makes a very strong Irish Cream. I would probably cut back to 1c of wiskey next time. But very good. I also like that there are no eggs in this recipe. Our traditional Holiday Irish Cream recipe, from my mother-in-law, called for 3 eggs. I know there is alcohole in there... but I am still hesitant re raw egg.

Wow...great Irish Cream. I've tried homemade Irish Cream twice before but both recipes had raw eggs in them...it kind of always grossed me out, so I was really excited to see this recipe. I put only 1 cup of Canadian Whiskey as well as halved the almond extract. So far, it tastes great...and it hasn't even had time to refrigerate! Thanks for the great recipe.

This is wonderful! Very creamy - tastes yummy! I followed the recipe exactly as written. Update: I forgot that I did decrease the amount of Irish Whiskey to 1 cup. Very good recipe!
