This was simply delicious. It's so easy to make, and only a few ingridients make it one of the best soups I have eaten in a while. Enjoy!

This really is a great way to add a little something more to Ramen noodles. And its quick and easy. We also like to stir fry the indgredients in a frying pan with an egg, rather than eating like a soup.
