Very good ! I used boneless breasts, though. I sprayed a glass baking dish with cooking spray first and didn't have any problem with the clean-up. I served this with spinach, and used the pan drippings to flavor it. Great meal and one that I will make often.

I marinated the chicken for a couple hours before baking. They turned out tender and delicious!

A good quick 'n easy chicken recipe. One thing--I used boneless, skinless chicken breasts and clean up was awful--definitely use a foil lined pan!

This recipe is great! I made it using chicken breasts instead of the thighs - I like the white meat better! To flavor it a bit more, I sliced the breasts in strips, made a bit more of the sauce and marinated it for about an hour and a half before cooking. Also, I cut some lemon slices on top to give it more flavor. Absolutely awesome!! It has a real greek flavor so I served it with rice and greek salad. Try this recipe!!!

I've started making this several times a week. The mixture of honey and oregano remind me of being in Greece - I use frozen fresh oregano and it seems to make a big difference in flavor.

This was not bad, it just wasn't anything special. It was very easy to make and the chicken did come out very juicy.

I added 1/2 tsp salt but it still could have used more. I think it would be better with lemon slices and less lemon juice as it seemed a bit watery and plain....but it sure did smell good!

The flavor on this was good, ease of prep great, and it was very tender. Not a show-stopper or anything, but a quick satisfying meal. Do use a meat thermometer to insure the proper temp. You can avoid under and over-cooking that way. I used 3 very small boneless, skinless breasts and kept the "sauce" amount the same so I could put the extra over steamed broccoli. I cooked brown rice in fat-free, reduced sodium chicken broth and garlic powder for an easy side. Due to the other reviewers saying the oregano was too strong, I cut that in half. Perfect!

We tried this recipe and we did enjoy it, yet found the amount of oregano a little overpowering. Maybe go a little less next time, but we loved the lemon and honey flavours together. Thanks for the recipe!

This was exactly what I was looking for to make for dinner. I substituted chicken legs. I thought it was wonderful and would eat it again. Hubby thought it was just okay, and my kids wouldn't even touch them. I think because the glaze browns, they thought it was BBQ sauce, which they don't like. If everyone else in the family would have liked it, I would have rated it a 5.
