I took out the butter and just added a bit more sour cream. I used light sour cream. I didn't have orange juice concentrate on hand so I used a berry concentrate. They were moist and very delicious!

These were okay, but not what i was expecting, which is why i gave only a three star rating. They tasted and had the texture more like a cupcake than a muffin and did not come out very pretty (almost every single one fell in...)

I added orange extract which made it very strong. They were a bit oily for me so next time I'll omit the extract and use less much less butter.

A keeper, although true to form I tinkered around with it. No fat sour cream, 1/4 c of Splenda wi 1/4 c honey, lemon extract,almonds & poppyseeds instead of orange juice concentrate & pecans. Very acceptable.

I made the mistake of letting them cool all the way in the pan (I had to run out for a bit), didn't think it would be a big deal but they all stuck in my greased non-stick pan! I added a touch of orange extract to get more of an orange taste.

Just great. I have made muffins using sour cream and made the muffins substituting nonfat plain yogurt for the sour cream and both ways turn out tasty. I have always reduced the sugar by 25% and never have added pecans. Five year old son thinks these are fantastic and he usually doesn't like anything.

There were FANTASTIC! My only modifications were to add orange zest to the batter for additional flavor. I also cut the sugar back to 1 3/4 c. which was just right for sweetness. I may try 1 1/2 c. sugar next time. For presentation, I made an orange zest, milk, powdered sugar glaze. I dipped the tops in. There were still very good without the glaze. A nice addition to this was the Maple butter recipe from this site that I also served. Will definately make again.

These muffins were tasty, although I would like a little more than a hint of orange flavor that this recipe provided. Next time I will add more orange. They were very nice and moist though, and I will most definitely be making these again.

These were very good. Wonderful flavor. I left out the pecans, and added cinnamon/nutmeg to the batter. My husband even told me to make sure I hang onto this recipe! Success!

I made these this weekend and loved them. I used Splenda instead of sugar and used fat free sour cream to help lighten the load. I also threw in some craisins. We loved them, thanks for a great recipe!!

I love orange cake but haven't had it in a long time since I can't find the orange cake mix anywhere! I tried this recipe and now I don't need a orange cake mix. These muffins were great! I made them without the pecans and they were delicious! If you like orange cake, then this is a must have recipe for you.

LOVED these! The ingredient list is short enough that I could whip these together for an afternoon snack, and the batter is irresistable! I couldn't keep myself from tasting it! This has a great orange flavor. Mine came out moist and fluffy with a crunchy/crusty exterior. These will be on our menu for years to come.
