This recipe is great for those little frozen lobster tails and when you only have a few minutes. The olive oil makes the lobster moister and the lemon pepper gives it a good flavor.

The fresh lime juice and mustard add a nice tang to this moist and flaky grilled salmon. I came up with this marinade after tasting something similar at a friend's house and it is now one of our favorite ways to do fish. You may also use other firm fish steaks instead of salmon; halibut, tuna and swordfish all work well.

Jungle Lobster

This is something I came up with while staying at a guest house at the Jungle Place located south of Playa del Carmen, Mexico. You can squeeze either a little fresh lime juice or lemon juice on top. A very easy side is a half avocado sliced and arranged in fan style, drizzled with olive oil, lemon, oregano, salt and pepper.
