INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1 medium tomato, finely chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Thyme Leaves
  • 1 pound orange roughy fillets

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine tomato, oil, Grill Mates® Montreal Steak Seasoning and thyme.
  2. Spread mixture over fish fillets. Place fillets on preheated grill. Grill 10 minutes (do not turn fish) or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
