Made this recipe for myself and my 15 year old son. It was great and he kept going back for more. I did add Old Bay to the bread crumbs because we are from MD and it goes on everything. I bought Cod after reading a few of the reviews and it was very good.

This was great. I didn't change a thing, except for using Smart Balance in place of the butter. Will definitely be making this again. Thanks for the great recipe!

I followed the recipe as written, except I used fresh chopped garlic instead of powdered, The fish came out runny and the topping was soggy. The recipe called for too much butter, I think. If I use this recipe again, I'll use half as much butter, then mix the melted butter with the topping, maybe spray a tad of olive oil over the surface of the fish first. I might also use a more flavorful cheese blend instead of straight parmesan, something like asiago or romano + parmesan.

Quick & Easy! I added some hot pepper flakes & used Garlic Salt instead of Salt & Garlic Powder... Great Recipe!

This was so good, even my 5yr old gobbled it up. It was really easy and quick too. I used plain bread crumbs as that's all I had, and red snapper. I think I'll try using a little less butter as I expected the breadcrumbs to be a little more browned. I may have just used too much since I had to increase the potion size. We'll def make again.

This recipe is great! I had breaded haddock in hand, so what I did was thaw the fillets out, beat 2 eggs along with 1 tbsp butter (melted), dip the haddock in the egg and butter mix, sprinkle some Parmesan on, add some spices (whichever spice you add is good, seriously!) bake them, and voila!

I used 5 pieces of cod, because not only do hubby and I eat it but I have 2 out of 5 cats (three don't eat it) staring at me plus two German Shepherds. LOL I melted the butter in the micro. I adjusted the measurements and mixed garlic powder, parsley flakes, italian panko bread crumbs, pepper, almond slivers, spritz of cayenne pepper, and the parmesan together in a bowl. I sprayed some Pam on a baking dish, brushed the butter on then patted the crumb mixture on the top only of the fish. Baked until golden. It was heavenly with wild rice. I added some of the slivered almonds to the wild rice too.
