Yummy! I loved it. I used parmigiano reggiano cheese from Costco. It made it crisp on the bottom. Will make again.

Such an easy go-to recipe. I use Panko breadcrumbs for a crispy texture. Yummy!

I agree this recipe is really good. I did add some cornmeal to the breadcrumbs like someone else suggested and it added a nice texture to the breading.

This was okay in terms of flavor, although a bit boring, and was a bit too "wet" for my taste. Also, after reading another reviewer's comments about the health risks involved in consuming orange roughy, this will probably be the last time I use this particular fish for this recipe--IF I make this recipe again

Wow! This is now my favorite fish recipe. I made it with haddock since that is what I happened to have, and it was great. My husband loved it too. And it is so easy! I will make this again and again.

I doubled the ingredients for one pound of fish...next time i will use the same amount as in the recipe for 6 oz. The coating mixture was way more than enough...I think less would be better but all in all a very delicious recipe for my pound of fresh haddock

I'm not a big fish fan, but this recipe might convert me! It had nice flavor without being overwhelming. Was great with a little added lemon pepper.

This could not be easier and is delicious. I sprayed fish with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray instead of real butter. I also sprayed onion slices and baked them with the fish. We'll have this again for sure.

My husband loved it, and I should have but can't seem to enjoy fish I cook at home. This one still had a little fishy taste which ruins it for me.

This is delicious and easy. I served it with creamy pasta primavera (without the chicken, used brocolli, red peppers - diced and zuchhini. A wonderful dinner.

Very good and simple to make. (I used Cod fish). To lower fat, I used I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray (0 calories per serving). I didn't miss the real margarine/butter at all. I'll definately make this again-- soon!

I LOVE THIS RECIPE!!! I had been using the Broiled Tilapia Parmesan recipe from this website because of the high ratings, but this is SOOO much tastier, easier, and lessy messy! It is perfect for any light fish. Thank you so much - a staple in our home!!!!

Wonderful! It is easy to make, easy to increase serving size, and absolutely delicious. My vegetarian roommate even ate a piece because it smelled too good to resist! I made a little adjustment, dipping the fish first into egg and then the breadcrumb mixture for a thicker crust. I will absolutely make this again.

Delicious. Quick and easy. I used 1T of butter for 1lb of orange roughy, to make the dish a little healthier (and didn't notice the missing fat either).
