This turned out pretty tasty. Although the cooking time for our oven turned out to be closer to 25 minutes. But the fish came out nice and flaky, and with that crust on it, was quite flavorful. Will make again! Thank you.

This is an excellent recipe on it's own or to use as a base to add other ingredients. I used this recipe and added fresh dill as well as fresh lemon juice after it was finished cooking. I also broiled it as others have suggested for the last 5 minutes of cooking time. It turned out absolutely delicious!

Great recipe - easy to make, easy to enjoy! Light and tasty with just enough flavor, looks great on the plate, too! Our guests loved it! I will try it next on tilapia, another fish we eat often in our house.

Easy to make and tasted great. My 4 yr old loved it even though she had declared she wouldn't eat a bite when she found out we were having fish for dinner. My husband took one bite and said it was awesome. Thanks for a great 'keeper' recipe!

This recipe is fabulous! I used it with orange roughy, but after reading the other reviews about this fish having such a long lifespan...I think I'll use a different fish next time. Will definitely make again!!

Great quick and easy recipe! However only use pinch of salt and garlic powder. Bread crumbs and parmasean cheese give enough sodium.

This was good. My husband cooked it in a skillet (because he did not read the directions!) and forgot to use lemon juice so it tasted a little fishy to me but the coating was good and I will use it again.

This is fantastic! I have made it with mahi mahi and cod also and it is equally as good. My picky 6 year old even loves it and says it is the "best" fish he has ever eaten! Thank you for sharing this great recipe!

Recipe was very easy and very good. We substituted Tilapia for Orange Roughy - recommended b/c of the Orange Roughy slow life cycle (lifespan over 100 years).

This dish is great, if anything for it's ease and quickness. I had dinner on the table in 20 minutes and to me, that's really valuable. I used cod fillets and it worked like a dream. Served with the orzo with parmesan and basil from this site (with peas stirred in at the end!) and it was a great easy meal for my husband and I.
