Orange Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 1/2 cups instant rice
  • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange segments, drained

Directions

  1. In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine the orange zest, orange juice, and butter. Bring to a boil, and stir in rice. Cover, and remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Mix in mandarin orange segments, and serve immediately.
