I LOVE all kinds of orange flavor muffins but these were terrible. I was VERY disappointed! They were dense and almost had a corn bread taste and texture.

Yummy orange muffins. I suggest you make more than 12. They don't last long. I made 48 today and added a tablespoon of cinnamon. They are good but next time no spices. It covers the wonderfull orange flovor.

i can't stop eating these! will double the batch next time for sure. they taste exactly like this orange cake mix my mum used to buy. excellent orange flavour that melts in your mouth. i grated the orange rather than put peel in blender, and will try adding less salt next time and see if its equally good. i also suggest topping with poppy seeds. Betty Crocker: eat your heart out! lol thanks for this recipe!!

These were odd. VERY orange-flavored, so if that is what you are looking for, here's your muffin! Not bad; interesting, but perhaps a little too strongly flavored for me. There are better muffin recipes.

I'be been looking for healthy yet good tasting recipes to use my new KA Mixer... These were really good; my changes were, using whole wheat pastry flour, I used cranberries in place of the rasins, sprinkled some flax and sunflower seeds in the batter and sprinkled some slivered almonds on top! :) Thanks!

I made these exactly by the recipe and I thought they were great - my kids loved them so much I'm making another batch today (the next day) because there is only one left.

I was really surprised by how good these were! I tried them because it's such a different recipe/concept from the typical muffin that I make...the orange flavor really shone through in these. It was like I was eating a fresh orange! Great recipe!

these were amazing! i had a bag full of tangerines that i wanted to use up - so i used them instead of oranges. used them to squeeze fresh juice too. great recipe, thank you!! i made them vegan using vegan butter & 1 T ground flaxseed in 3 T water for the egg replacement

These muffins have a great intense orange flavor and were easy to make. I used cara cara oranges, using only the zest instead of the whole peel. I also substituted currents for the raisins and increased the amount to 3/4c. For the butter, I only used 2Tbsp, substituting apple sauce for the rest. They were moist and very yummy.
