LOVED THIS. Was looking for a nice dessert that wasn't loaded with sugar and calories, but tons of taste and this did it. I normally don't like splenda, but you could not tell that all the products used were sugar free or had no added sugar. It is very light and delicious. Tastes almost like a creamsicle, but the crushed pineapple adds a little zing to it. I made this for my sister's birthday and everyone, even my extremely picky husband, loved it! It was super easy to make. The hardest part was cutting the angel food cake into bites.
