Ingredients

  • 2 (0.3 ounce) packages sugar-free orange gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 3 cups ice cubes
  • 1 (20 ounce) can unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained and cut into pieces
  • 1 cup (8 ounces) fat-free sour cream
  • 1 (12 ounce) container reduced-fat frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (10 inch) angel food cake, cut in cubes

Directions

  1. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice cubes and stir until slightly thickened. Remove any unmelted ice. Stir in pineapple and oranges. Stir in sour cream until blended. Fold in whipped topping and cake cubes until well coated. Spoon into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. dish; cover and refrigerate until serving.
