Tasteless and dry. We are eating it slathered with flavored butter.

I made these for dinner guests to go with quiche. They were great. I plan on keeping this as my new "base" muffin recipe. Add any liquid for the orange juice and any filling of marmalade consistency. I used apple butter (had no orange marmalade) and was surprised they turned out so delicious. Next time I may try cranberry juice with whole cranberry sauce, and maybe a few craisins...the possibilities are endless

With no pecans, these were only OK. They were very crumbly.

This was a pretty good muffin. I did make some changes- I didn't have any orange marmalade or nuts, so I used blueberry preserves instead. I also omitted the nutmeg, and added a little extra sugar. Could have been a little moister and more flavorful. But good stand-by recipe...

Yummy! Made as directed, except I added a few mini semi-sweet chocolate chips to suck my son in. Will definitely be making these again.

Delicious! What a great way to start the day. I used fresh oranges (1 1/2). Made just under 1/2c juice so I splashed in a little water. Only had apricot jelly. Used a generous teaspoon of my homemade pumpkin pie spice in the topping. These muffins are so good! Very moist & bursting with flavor.
