I made this but omitted the chicken and it was wonderful! I will definitely make this again. I made it for a small graduation party and it was a big hit.

This was a little too mayonaisey for my tastes. If I make it again, I will sub Miracle Whip for the mayo (as a previous reviewer suggested) and decrease the amount to 1/2c. This also had A LOT of chicken and not much pasta for a "pasta salad," so next time I'll decrease the chicken to maybe 1 or 2 cups and up the amount of fruit and pasta. Otherwise, great idea for flavor combinations.

Fantastic! All the flavors come together so nicely. I added a bit for orange juice concentrate and a little less oil. I must say that the sauce is alot. I don't like my noodles drowning so I bet you could make 1/2 the mayo mix and you would be just as well. I will definitely make this again it is so refreshing and a far cry from the typical italian dressing pasta salads.

This is SO good! As I was serving the salad with chicken, I left it out. Also left out the kiwi only because I forgot to buy it at the store. Added a dash of balsamic vinegar. Making this again tonight for the 2nd time in 2 weeks. Thanks for such a wonderful, refreshing recipe!

OH MY! IS THIS YUMMY! Of course as usual I made a few changes. I used 2 11oz cans mandarin oranges, 3 kiwi cut into nice sized chunks, 3tbls orange juice, 2 table spoons pineapple juice (from the tidbits), miracle whip instead of mayo, and added 1 tbls white sugar. I also purchased the already cooked and seasoned cube chicken from my local store. You've gotta try this. YUMMMMMMMMMY! Perfect on hot days.

I received so many compliments for this dish...it is definitely my potluck recipe! **I did use 3 kiwi instead of 2 and doubled the canned mandarins (mine were larger segments than typical mandarin oranges and I thought the kiwi got lost in the other ingredients. I contemplated doubling the pineapple too, but didn't.
