These are tasty! They are not very orange-y, but I love the creamy texture and the graham cracker crust. It may be worth buying an extra can of mandarin oranges to put in the cups (but not add the juice). I was only able to put three oranges in each cup (8 servings).

Fairly runny when you first put the ingredients together, even after adding the cool whip. However, they do firm up nicely in the fridge. If I had more time I would have let them firm up between layers because the graham cracker crumbs tend to just rise to the top upon adding the next layer. Great flavor. My kids LOVED them.

Absolutely delicious, but took me longer to make than it described. I recommend allowing the layers to set slightly before putting on another one. I used crushed chocolate animal crackers because I couldn't find chocolate graham crackers at the store. Top with a dollop of CoolWhip and sprinkle with shaved dark chocolate- AMAZING!
