Very nice. I left out the raisins bc of the time factor--I used my bread machine to mix and wasn't home for the fruit and nut beep. I'm sure it would be good with them, so I'll try next time. I used all oj instead of water, so I could taste a bit of orange, although it wasn't a lot or overwhelming. Nice texture and bakes up well. I baked at 50 min in a 375 degree oven. thanks for the recipe!
