These were very bitter even after I added extra sugar - not very tasty at all!

I omitted the orange because I didn't have any and subbed a shot of espresso instead of coffee granules because I'm a coffee geek. Also, I used all brown sugar to keep refined ingredients out. To keep the sugar down, I used bitter-sweet choc chips. The result is a healthy choc choc chip muffin that is perfect for a 2 week supply for the kids' lunch boxes.

Just not crazy about the orange and chocolate flavor mix. I thought they were just so so. I did use coffee flavored yogurt instead of plane and omitted the ground coffee. That could have had an impact.
