This cake was quite good, its a nice simple old-fashioned type cake, very light. I made the following changes: 1 cup OJ instead of the 1/4cup OJ 3/4cup water combination called for, and doubled the frosting/filling part because I like frosting. This was a really good frosting, but just an okay filling. I will make again, it is a nice winter cake or would be an excellent birthday cake.
