My crew thought it was great. Soy sauce could have helped; I didn't marinate it very long and they still loved it. I used brown rice. I alsoa dded a clove of chopped garlic.

this wasn't amazing at first, it seemed like it was missing a flavor. and then, as i was looking around my kitchen, i spotted soy sauce!! i doubled the recipe, so i went and added a whole tablespoon and it literally made all the difference in the world. try it it's so worth it!!

This had an interesting flavor - good, but at the same time I don't know if I will make it again. Maybe I'll play around with it a little more. I want more orange flavor since I didn't taste any the first time around. Maybe some orange peel would be a nice addition!

This was yummy with a bit of tweaking. You really need to brown the chicken more than a couple minutes on each side...more like 10 mins. Also, orange juice doesn't mix too well with honey unless you heat it first. The family loved it. Thank you!
