While this recipe did, indeed, make the wings smell great and fall-off the bone tender, they were INCREDIBLY salty! My teen-aged sons only ate a couple. I served with their favorite veggie and fresh rolls, but they just couln't get them down. I cut the soy sauce in half and upped the OJ slightly, adding a bit of onion with the garlic (yes, I'm sure I was not using garlic salt!), but as yummy as the marinade smelled, it was just too salty to enjoy. I was asked not to try it again.

Quick and easy but blander than I expected... since I marinated over 24 hours in a freezer bag of 2 cups OJ, 3/4 soy sauce and 3/4 Worchestershire sauce with 1 large tsp of garlic powder... used 3 lbs. of chicken breasts, pounded thin, baked as instructed and even though chicken was tender and juicy, it was too bland for my liking. I will be sure to add much more garlic powder and at least a couple spices next time. (maybe crushed red pepper flakes per another user's review?) I spread hickory & brown sugar bbq sauce on chicken and it made for a slightly more flavorful dish. Making extra sauce for rice might be better with a cup or two of brown sugar...

Enjoyed this. We used chicken breast instead of wings. We also used only 3/4 cup soy sauce and about 1 1/2 cup of orange juice. We also added some Worcestershire sauce as well. It came out delicious.

Great recipe, I however went with half the soy sauce and added half worchiesier. Also for more orange flavor I used orange zest also.

I was looking for a non spicy wing recipe because my family loves wings but not all members like spicy. These wings were great. I did cut back on the soy and added more OJ. i also grilled mine because it was a beautiful day outside. My family loved them! Thanks!

This was a pretty good meal. I think I will use less soy sauce though and more orange juice. I also grilled mine for a nice crispy wing. Yum.

Wonderful and easy recipe. I added orange marmalade in addition to the orange juice for the marinade to up the orange flavor and make a little more sweeter.
