Delicious recipe and so easy!! The only change I made was to use Splenda in place of sugar. Both of my kids loved them and are usually not carrot fans. Thanks for a great recipe!!

This is absolutely the best tasting and easiest recipe for glazed carrots. I will definitely try it again and again.

Wow, wow, wow! These were soooooooo good! My family just ate these up! I followed the recipe EXACTLY (except I used brown sugar instead of white sugar) and they tasted great.

Just finished eating these as a side dish with dinner and I'm very impressed. So easy to make and it really does make a difference to having plain old boring carrots! The only small difference I made was to use freshly squeezed clementine juice, and made the glaze on the stove top, but the rest was followed exactly. My family ate this with lemon and coriander couscous and slow-cooked pork chops! A definite keeper, and one I'll make use of a lot from now on! Thanks for sharing this easy but delicious recipe!

These carrots were really delicious. I made them on the stove-top instead of the microwave and I didn't have a solid sealing lid so I actually had to add more orange juice than called for in the original recipe. It was fantastic either way. I liked the addition of the corn starch to thicken it. It made it cling beautifully to the carrots. I topped them off with a bit of cinnamon and omitted the salt. While they were delicious and I will likely use this recipe again, they were still just kinda carrots, so I gave it four, instead of five, stars.

Wonderful! My husband and I don't really like cooked carrots, but I've been looking for recipes to help us expand our veggie intake. THANK YOU for this super easy, yummy recipe! The carrots crisp and flavorful, rather than mushy and bland, solving our biggest complaints!

Yum! This is way too easy!! I used fresh picked carrots, and had only about 3 cups but kept the sauce the same. My grandson loved them, as did the rest of us. My new carrot recipe. Thanks, Robert.
