1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
Assorted fresh fruit

DIRECTIONS
In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the marshmallow creme, orange peel and ginger. Cover and refrigerate until serving. Serve with fruit.

really easy to make and really tasty! the only change i would make is adding something like a little bit of lemon juice or orange extract to give it just a tad more flavor.

An excellent dip. For a variation, I omit the orange & ginger and make it with light raspberry/strawberry cream cheese - the kids love it!
