This creamy conglomeration of cottage cheese, whipped topping, pineapple, cherry pie filling and raspberry gelatin is delightful garnished with chopped pecans and mandarin orange slices.

Mandarin orange slices are folded into a mixture of orange juice concentrate, sweetened condensed milk and whipped topping and then spread on a crushed cracker and butter crust. Chill before serving.

There are lots of wonderful things in this salad, like mandarin oranges, Vidalia onions, and butter lettuce. And of course, there 's the dressing. It 's creamy and garlicky and even has a bit of sugar. It coats the salad ingredients beautifully and tastes wonderful.
