this was a great recipe! will definatly make it again, but when i do, i will add lime, salt, and vanilla. i made mine in a 9x13 in pan, and ate most of the filling along the way ;D! thanks for the recipe!!!! :D
Great recipe! ~ even for a fool!! I went brain dead making this and added 2 cups of boiling water to the jello instead of the clearly stated 2/3 cup. Obviously, pretty nervous waitng, but after 5 hours it was set well enough to get out of the pan, serve and eat! Not sure it would survive sitting out for a 1/3 hour or more tho :) One note I would like to make is I picked up the texture of the cottage cheese, which I didn't care for. Next time, I will be sure to use a fine curd. FYI ~ My brain dead version would make a beautiful dessert in a wineglass
