This is pretty good. It made enough for 3-4 servings as a side salad. It is a nice change from the typical green salad and a great way to get the family to eat more fruits and veggies. The dressing is very thin and oily. I think it needs tweaking before I would serve this again.

it's good. My daughter (4) ate all of it and drank the little bit of dressing out of the bowl and then asked for more. A great recipe when I don't have to fight with my kids to eat their salad. The adults thought it was good but nothing spectacular. It was a good recipe to use up some cucumbers and oranges that were getting old in the fridge.

This salad was awesome, however I did change the dressing recipe a little. I added more honey and instead of using plain orange juice, I used sunny d. It made it much more interesting.

I made this exactly as the recipe stated and found that it made way too much for two salads. Also, the ratio of oil to orange juice made it seem a little thin. That being said, the flavor was good, and I will definately make this again, maybe playing around with the ratios, and adding some spices. Thanks for a good base recipe and something new to try!
