Very nice dish! I also added some fresh basil in the butter mixture (whole leaves) and approx. 2 teaspoons orange zest. The flavour was amazing! As well, I added some grated Romano cheese to the breadcrumbs mixture (approx. 2 tablespoons). They turned out really nice and crunchy.

so delicious! When i tried it blind and on my own a couple weeks ago, it came out good but i wanted something different, this was perfect! Although, I did add mozarella cheese with some pecoreli/romano, and italian seasoning, i wouldn't have thought of orange juice and grated orange peel. Definately will recommend!

I like how this recipe calls for baking instead of frying, and the chicken still comes out tender and delicious. Using ricotta sounds like a great idea, will have to try that next time.

I made some minor alterations to make the recipe gulten free (GF) and it was yummy - even my picky house mate thought so. For a GF version try all purpose GF flour mix instead of wheat flour, and smash up GF corn flakes instead of breadcrumbs. I also substituted the butter for ricotta cheese and it was lovely!

Pretty good. We liked this but too much work for my taste. If something requires this much work, it has to be 5 stars or i wont bother again!
