I made this last night and it was so good! I cut the recipe in half as it was for just me. The only thing I added was some crushed red pepper flakes into the bread crumb mixture and also to the egg-oj mixture to spice it up somewhat...other than that this is a fantastic recipe just as written! I just like a little heat with my food! I will make this a regular on my menu...thank you for a great recipe!

This was a really good recipe. I am usually not a fan of stuffing but it was quite good with this recipe. In the future I will use more orange peel and orange juice because I didn't taste the orange flavor enough.

This was sooo good! I baked it for a little longer but the chicken was still very tender. I don't like stuffing, so I used seasoned breadcrumbs, which do somewhat overwhelm the orange flavor, but I also squeezed the juice of half an orange over the chicken right before baking, and I think that helped. This is especially good with almond wild rice on the side - great combo!

Wow, this turned out way better than I expected. I didn't have any stuffing mix so I made breadcrumbs, and added some Italian herb blend to it. I also made the dish with the juice from fresh oranges, and marinated the chicken in about a cup of oj for a couple of hours. After 35 minutes in the oven, the chicken was so moist and flavorful. Thanks, Betty!

My kids loved this. I made nuggets from chicken tenders. Make sure you make this with a box stuffing you have tried and liked. I recommend Stove Top Stuffing. I used orange juice concentrate..still not too orangey. Grind the stuffing up fine. Use all of the butter..although I used a large cookie sheet.

I used the juice from an orange and it came out great. Really need to make sure to crush up the stuffing otherwise it does not stick very well. Great, easy recipie that my son and I enjoyed making together.

Pretty good. I made it because I had an orange to use up, but I think I'll make it again. Tip: After coating the chicken, I browned it in in a hot, well-oiled cast iron frying pan (a minute or two each side) and then just slid the pan in the oven. Made a nice crisp crust.

Instead of 1 Tablespopon orange zest- used 3, add 1 tsp zest of a lemon also. Use mini chopper until it's fine. (this way the breading stays on the chicken better). Also in the breading mixture skip the herbs, but add 1.5 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp dried red pepper spice, and 1 tsp course black pepper. When the chicken was in the oven- I drizzled it with some freshly sqeeezed orange juice.

Was a hit with the boys. I actually cooked it in a smaller dish and it came out like chicken with stuffing. The chicken was so moist and tender. Definitely will cook again, but use the tips about adding some other flavors and spices.

These were very delicious. I felt they were a little salty, and probably wouldn't add any salt the next time. But they were perfectly cooked, and tender. The breading stuck nicely and was nice and crispy which I've never gotten out of a baked chicken recipe before! Nice work!

Thank you for the recipe! I took the advice of a previous reviewer and used a food processor to chop up herb seasoned stuffing and orange zest. I also used about 2 1/2 tablespoons of the orange zest. It was easy to make and turned out well. The chicken was VERY moist and tender. I will make this again, but I will make a few changes. I will probably use a little less butter in the baking dish. I will also add cayene pepper and crushed red pepper for a little more zip. Thanks again.

this was very good - i added cayenne, red, & lemon pepper for a little extra kick, and put the dry mixture through the food chopper as recommended. 1/2 way through i drizzled it with extra oj and covered the pan with foil. end result was very yummy w/ white rice.

Very tasty! If you want more of an orange flavor use orange juice concentrate instead of premade orange juice.

My husband and I really liked this chicken recipe. I didn't have stuffing mix available, so substituted Italian bread crumbs instead. The orange flavor was just right and didn't overpower the chicken. Will definitely add this to our list of favorites!

My family really enjoyed this recipe. I used seasoned bread crumbs since that is what I had on hand, but will try the stuffing next time. The breadcrumbs turned out a little soggy and I think the stuffing would hold up a bit better.
