Pretty much followed the recipe except I used fine bread crumbs (all I had) and sprayed the dish with Pam instead of using butter (to cut down on calories). I should have known that baking at 375 for 45 mins would produce dry chicken and it did. Should have baked at 350 for 30 mins instead. Only a faint orange taste, not impressed at all. Even the family didn't care for it so won't be making again.

Great recipe . Husband and I loved it so I will be making it again. Loved the taste, something I would have never thought of to use, orange juice.

I'm giving this one four stars because I made changes to add flavor and kick. I added more orange zest and added lemon zest and juice. Still the orange flavor was faint. I also added red pepper flakes, pepper and a dash of cayenne. Was very good and a different way to prepare chicken is always welcomed. Will make again.

Made the Orange Chicken for the umpteenth dozen time tonight. Tried something different by using chicken tenders soaked in frozen orange juice and orange extract all afternoon. Added bottled orange peel to the paprika and lightly crushed bread stuffing mix. I rarely ever use the egg for dipping and just breaded the chicken straight from the oj. Came out fantastic! We eat this chicken dish at least once a week...it is definitely a favorite around here.

This was PERFECT! The chicken came out so juicy and all I did was time it like the recipe said and walked away. Even my picky kids ate it, my 7 yr old asked for seconds! Changes: I didn't have stuffing so I used seasoned bread crumbs and I tried my hardest to grate as many clementines as we had in the house and I MAY have gotten a teaspoon worth out of it; still was fantastic. I am going to try the stuffing next time.

I prepared this chicken this evening and it was delicious. My family thought it was very good tasting. My husband felt that it needed more orange flavor, but that might have been because I did not have a full tablespoon of orange zest. I used the zest of one orange and the juice from that orange. It was a juicy orange but not very big. I asked if I should prepare it again, and got a resounding YES.
