Very tasty! If you want more of an orange flavor use orange juice concentrate instead of premade orange juice.

My husband and I really liked this chicken recipe. I didn't have stuffing mix available, so substituted Italian bread crumbs instead. The orange flavor was just right and didn't overpower the chicken. Will definitely add this to our list of favorites!

My family really enjoyed this recipe. I used seasoned bread crumbs since that is what I had on hand, but will try the stuffing next time. The breadcrumbs turned out a little soggy and I think the stuffing would hold up a bit better.

Both my boyfriend and I really liked this. I took some other members advice and added a little cayenne and black pepper. I also used a fresh orange for the juice. I had some trouble getting the breading to stick so I just poured it all into a pan. Was still really great though. Will definitely make this again.

I used mild chili powder instead of paprika. Next time, I won't use the orange peel. Not worth the effort. Also, 1 whole chicken breast per person was too much. 1 half breast (if plump) is plenty.

This chicken came out moist and tender, but my family did not like the flavor much. It wasn't bad, just not a favorite. I think we would prefer a little more zip or spice. I may experiment using this recipe, but replacing the orange juice with lemon juice and the stuffing mix with Italian seasoned bread crumbs.

I thought it was just ok. Could be that I envisioned more of an authentic taste to it. My husband thought it was a nice change from the typical herbs & spices that we use. Dont think i'll be including this in my dinner rotation.

Good-but needed some changes. Here is what I did: Instead of 1 Tablespopon orange zest- I used about three, Then I used about I tsp zest of a lemon also. When I added it into the stuffing mix, and then put the entire mixture into a mini chopper until it was fine. (this way the breading stays on the chicken better). Also in the breading mixture I added 1.5 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp dried red pepper spice, and 1 tsp course black pepper. When the chicken was in the oven- I drizzled it with some freshly sqeeezed orange juice. Came out very good! Sweet- with a little kick. Oh-I also felt the herb seasoning stuffing to be overpowering- so i used half chicken stuffing mix chopped w/ half herb.

Pretty good! If you really want a good orange flavor, though, I would suggest adding more zest. I did and was glad I did. My mother didn't and hers didn't have a lot of orange flavor.

Really good...nice subtle orange flavor. I suggest upping the OJ and zest if you want a more pronouced orange flavor, but it's good as is. I used half Panko crumbs and half stuffing mix, added garlic powder to the breading mixture and baked at 400 for 30-35 minutes. Yum. Thanks!

45 minutes was too long. I cooked mine for about 25 and I used breadcrimbs instead of the stuffing. My husband LOVED it, I thought the orange zest was a little strong. Overall this is a great recipe.

Try this you'll be glad you did. I made it pretty much just how the recipe says and it turned out great. Tender and flavorful. It was pretty quick and easy too.

This chicken dish was quite interesting, & I enjoyed it very much. It was also easy to prepare. The orange taste was a more subtle than I expected, but that could be b/c I didn't measure the amt of orange juice or zest - I just fresh squeezed one orange and used its zest. I cut the butter by about half, and the chicken was still juicy. Instead of the method described in the recipe of flipping the chicken on top of the melted butter, I think I will mix the melted butter in with the egg and orange juice mixture next time. I felt the mixture was too watery anyway and flipping the chicken was hard to do without losing a lot of the breading. Instead of paprika I added freshly ground black pepper & I used shake n bake seasoned bread crumbs b/c that's what I had. I also baked at 400F for about 30 mins.
